PROCESSING & SHIPPING 

We usually take 7-12 working days (excluding SATURDAY AND SUNDAY) to process and ship your orders from the day of order placed Whether it’s a customized or a non-customized product. The courier company takes another 10-15 working days (excluding SATURDAY and SUNDAY). Tracking details are sent via SMS or email as soon as the order is shipped.
Our warehouse works from Monday-Saturday during standard business hours (10am to 6pm).
 

TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

Once orders are shipped/dispatched, customer will receive tracking details through the given email id & contact number by our logistics team from which customers will be able to follow up on their shipments.
